Description
FRUIT OF A CLEVER, BALANCED BLEND, FOR A CHAMPAGNE FULL OF FINESSE.
Each Barons de Rothschild Champagne has the exceptional characteristics that make it a very great Champagne.
Brut Barons de Rothschild is a rich, complex and airy wine. Its blend is based on wines of at least three to four years of Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs which come from the best terroirs of Champagne.
This unique marriage makes it a wine with fine bubbles, a golden color, and fine and subtle aromas of white-fleshed fruits. Low in dosage and kept for at least six months after disgorging, this Champagne offers a balanced and pleasant structure in the mouth that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout a meal.
THE ART OF CHAMPAGNE BRUT
We find in this airy, rich and complex vintage the bias taken by the Rothschild family in the development of its wines: the concern for perfection, consistency, with a spirit of purity and refinement which are the subject of the most great attention. The finesse of the Chardonnay in this Champagne takes us into the world of Barons de Rothschild Champagnes with an unforgettable taste.
THE ART OF ASSEMBLY
The result of a complex blend, this cuvée is composed of 60% Chardonnay coming mainly from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and 40% Pinot Noir coming mainly from Verzenay, Ay, Mareuil-sur-Ay, Ambonnay …
40% of the reserve wines are included in the blend, an exceptional mark of quality and consistency over time.
THE ART OF TASTING
AT THE EYE
Pale gold reflections, mixed with very fine bubbles which give rise to an abundant and persistent foam.
AT NOSE
This cuvée exudes aromas of pear and dried fruits (almonds, fresh hazelnuts), which combine with touches of white flowers and light brioche accents.
IN MOUTH
The attack is frank and lively. It gives way to a round wine, with contained power, a guarantee of long aging in traditional cellars.
