OVERFLOWING MARRIAGE OF CHARDONNAY WITH UNIQUE AND DISTURBING PINOT NOIR.
Champagne Rosé Barons de Rothschild asserts its finesse through its blend of the greatest Chardonnays of Champagne with the best Pinot Noirs vinified in red after at least three years of aging in the cellar. The high proportion of Chardonnay brings the finesse and liveliness of a very great rosé, the Pinot Noir offers a harmonious and delicate complexity which charms all the senses. Its brilliance, its pale pink reflections, its aromas of citrus fruits and red fruits seduce the most demanding connoisseurs. The very low dosage of this wine and its measured aging after disgorging (3 months) give it a maturity where Chardonnay and Pinot Noir can develop all their authenticity and purity, which can be appreciated at all times of the day.
THE ART OF ROSÉ CHAMPAGNE
The art of blending is sublimated in this rosé cuvée, the style of the Barons de Rothschild house appears in finesse and elegance with the high concentration of Chardonnay and the magic of Pinot Noir, vinified in red by us. Pure and delicate, this Rosé Champagne translates with distinction the bias taken by the Rothschild family in the development of its wines: the concern for perfection, consistency, with a spirit of refinement and excellence which are the subject of the most great attention.
THE ART OF ASSEMBLY
The Rosé is the result of a clever blend of more than 85% Chardonnay from the main wines of the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, etc.) and 15% Pinot Noir from the mountain. from Reims, of which a small part (7 to 12%) is delicately vinified in red. The reserve wines enter the blend at a minimum of 40%, exceptional know-how of the Barons de Rothschild house, which makes it a major asset in the ability to recompose a constant blend each year.
THE ART OF TASTING
AT THE EYE
Through a very fine bead and a fine and tenacious foam, the Rosé offers a pretty pale pink color with slightly salmon reflections.
Around fine and subtle spring aromas, we find the scents of rose petals, wild strawberries with a hint of citrus zest.
The attack on the palate is fresh, precise, followed by a silky melt on the very slightly raspberry palate. The length and balance of the wine are deliciously fleshy.
